Food

What do you have in mind regarding food for the event? There are many options from cooking on site, taco truck/food truck, catered meal, delivery, pot luck, snacks from snack bar, etc. Please describe the type of food you'd like and whether you'd like it arranged by us, arranged by you, snacks at our snack bar, etc.

Beverages

There are 5 options for the beverages. Keep in mind outside drinks and/or coolers are not permitted in the facility.

Open Bar - Host/Company covers the cost of guests’ beverages.

Limited Open Bar by AMOUNT - Host/Company covers the cost of beverages to a pre-set amount.

Limited Open Bar by TYPE - Host/Company covers certain types of beverages (i.e. all non-alcoholic).

Drink Tickets - Guests are provided with tickets they redeem at the bar (Host/Company covers the cost of those beverages).

Cash Bar - Guests pay for their own beverages.

Extras

Referees, tournament director, a band, party favors, DJ, photographer/photo booth, serving contest, etc. Give us all the details you are considering.
