$42/team/tournament. ($21/player, includes applicable processing fees. Tournament Coaching is only available as a team, not as individual players.) Tournament Details (including check in times & location) must be verified with the Tournament Director. Third Coast is not responsible for notifying teams of any changes (including cancellation) regarding GCVA tournaments. REFUNDS/CREDITS are not issued AFTER Tournament Coaches are lined up. The only exception is if your team’s cancellation does not decrease the number of teams registered for Coaching to fewer than 4*. So in that case, a refund/credit would be issued if requested. (*minimum of 4 teams are required to secure Coaches for Tournament Coaching)
