OFFENSE 9am-12pm
Focus will be on serve receive passing, Sideout rhythm, how to create more
POWER and precision from your arm swing & approach, as well as how to
stay behind the ball and being in rhythm with your partner!

DEFENSE 9am-12pm
Focus includes defensive EXPLOSION & footwork, touch & control, making reads & playing
together with your partner. Chase & Andy will also work with Juniors on blocker eye work
& positioning, as well as knowing when to pull and how to capitalize in transition.
